I might start the ball rolling on this discussion...

Does anyone have any feedback about the proposed activites for PFG3? Is there anything you'd particularly like to see organised?

We'll try to provide an official comment to any sensible suggestion made.

I've got a couple of questions regarding RSVPing. Is there a cut of date for RSVPing. I'd like to wait untill I get a avatar image sorted. Also can one RSVP for PFG then RSVP for the before of after events at a later date?

RSVPs will close at some stage, but bear in mind that RSVP'ing is optional, you can still turn up on the day (although you won't be able to get a badge if you do that). The website will stop accepting RSVPs on or around the 20th of Feb.

For simplicity's sake, the RSVP system is not designed to accept changes to your attendance or badge art. You can, however, still turn up to either (or both) of the before and after events, even if your RSVP says otherwise. We are just collecting numbers to help us organise said events.

As an absolute last resort, you can send an e-mail to pfg010@gmail.com if something to do with your RSVP is glaringly incorrect.

To be honest i wouldn't rely on big gatherings to meet people. There's always more stuff going on than PFG.
